I am the founder and maker behind Works Wonders
I have always had a passion for growing herbs and flowers that have beneficial properties and crafting them into remedies for family and friends. With their supportive testimonials as encouragement, in 2004, Works Wonders Herbal Company was born. We started out with a simple, versatile Salve with calendula and lavender, which we grew, hand harvested and crafted out of our tiny garden in Vancouver, BC.
As the business grew we transitioned to an acreage on Gabriola Island, BC where we now have fields of calendula, lavender and other flowers that support our growing skin care line.
Growing our flowers makes all the difference
By growing our own flowers, we can ensure the quality of the infusions and blends of our products. Personal attention is given at each stage, from seed collection, organic and regenerative soil management, selective harvesting, and optimal drying conditions. This translates to the invisible but important ingredient of care that is in all of our products.
